Kids’ Zone is always looking for fun, reliable, and enthusiastic staff as we continue to grow. Currently, we are operating 7 locations. We work to create a positive and loving environment for our kids to learn and grow. 

Full-time & Part-time. Teacher and support staff positions available.

Qualifications:

  • Energetic, nurturing, positive, and child-friendly personality
  • Strong attendance habits
  • Must be 18 years of age and be a high school graduate/GED holder for full-time positions
  • For part time positions, must be currently enrolled or previously enrolled in a child development course and at least 16 years of age
  • Must have reliable transportation to/from work
  • Must pass all state required background checks
  • Must be able to life 35 pounds consistently throughout the work day for diaper changes and reassurance of children
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Teach children social and emotional skills they will need for success in the future
  • Ensure daily care and safety by following all childcare licensing guidelines as well as center policies and procedures
  • Provide a positive and nurturing environment
  • Play & implement weekly curriculum with co-teacher
  • Daily communications with families, including completing daily activity reports
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom
  • Attend all required staff meetings, school functions, and professional developments
